The Atherion Online playtest is a pre-release testing phase. By registering, you acknowledge that:

• The game is in active development and may contain bugs or incomplete features
• All playtest progress will be wiped before the official launch
• Access is not guaranteed — invitations are sent at our discretion
• The playtest is provided free of charge

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the playtest to exploit, cheat, or harm the experience of other players
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the game
• Share your playtest access credentials with others
• Use the game for any commercial purpose without written permission

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the Atherion Online game — including but not limited to artwork, lore, game design, music, and code — is the exclusive property of the developer. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The playtest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or data persistence during the testing period.

6. Limitation of Liability
